Lifehouse made a stop in Miami Friday night on their Looking For Summer Tour (though for 1 night it could’ve been changed to Looking For A Poncho Tour) at Bayfront Park Amphitheater. On what has been an especially dreary week in South Florida this probably wasn’t the best time to have an outdoor concert, but like the motto says “the show must go on!” Many potential concert goers definitely got scared off by the weather, but more than enough diehard Switchfoot and Lifehouse braved the rain with their ponchos & umbrellas providing the necessary protection. Those that did make it were treated to an hour and a half set that featured a cover of U2’s “Pride (In The Name Of Love)” before Lifehouse lead the crowd in a singalong of the band’s massive hits “You & Me” and “Hanging By A Moment.” While the show is taking place you can get a little disappointed by the miserable wet conditions you find yourself standing in, but then the next day you’re able to reflect and say “alright that was pretty fun … when is the next show.”
