Last night Sweden’s The Radio Dept played a show at Gramps in support of their latest album Running Out Of Love. They’re a band that has been known to hate touring, so this was a rare appearance by them in Miami. Not surprisingly they packed the outdoor patio at Gramps with people that were dying to finally see them live in person. Much of the early to middle part of their set focused on their more showgazey sounding songs and they ended the night playing a few songs from their new album “Teach Me To Forget” and “Occupied” that had more of a dreampop/dancey feel to them. If you like bands like My Bloody Valentine or The Pet Shop Boys I would recommend giving their music a listen. If you want to check out Jukely use my code Y21981 to get $10 off your first month.
